NO JUETENG IN CEBU - says Bikolano Chief

“There is no jueteng or STL in Cebu or anywhere else in the Visayas. Almost everyone has a livelihood. If there are any illegal activities, they are the cockfighting at side streets and scattered masiao (local illegal numbers game) but these can easily be detected by police.” This was revealed yesterday in an exclusive interview with the Bikolano chief of police in Cebu Metro District P/Sr. Supt “Omar” Buenafe.
