Business Partner Suspected Mastermind in Contractor Kidnapping

Naga City (14 Oct) - An alleged business partner of victims Eliseo and Angelina Saturno is now being tagged as the mastermind of the kidnapping of the Naga Coliseum contractor and his wife.

In a report by the Naga City Police Office, the two Saturnos were stated to have been abducted at gunpoint last October 10 by a group of six armed men at the Maharlika Highway in Sipocot, Camarines Sur.

Eliseo was released into the custody of the police in the early hours of October 13 inside the Naga City Coliseum, while his spouse Angelina was found the previous night in a house at Brgy. Cararayan.

A certain Engr. Ramil Milano, supposedly a business partner of the Saturnos, is reportedly now being investigated as the mind behind the kidnapping.

In the meantime, despite the early resolution of the incident, City officials here decried the fact during the ongoing operations to recover the kidnap victims, the former had not been properly informed by the law enforcement agencies working on the case.
