NAGA CITY (2 December) -THREE MORE SUSPECTS FELL TO THE POLICE, after a major suspect in the robbery-slay of a businessman and his house-boy   in Libmanan Cam, Sur voluntarily surrendered to the Libmanan  PNP, the police provincial office here reported last December 1.

In a pursuit operation, personally supervised by Cam. Sur Police Director Sr. Supt. Rodolfo Llorca, PPO police operatives nabbed other suspects: Norman Guiruela Saavedra, 20; Romer Montejo Vicenio, 20; and Morris Navarro Salazar, 24, at Kinale  St., Barangay Tabuco in this city where the said suspects were hiding.

Libmanan police Sr. Insp. Danilo Quidip earlier reported that the apprehension of the three suspects was the result of the revelation made by Rufino Non Floresca Jr., 20, a resident of Taban, Libmanan town, who voluntarily surrendered to the police accompanied by ABS-CBN reporter, Jonathan Magistrado, admitting to the slaying of Libmanan businessman Ramon Asuncion Abay, 56, and his houseboy Luis Sta. Ana Buendia, 17.

The police recovered from the suspects a compact lap-top computer, but Libmanan PNP reported that the suspect took from Abay's residence several cellphones; pieces of jewelry, and cash of undetermined value.

The robbery with homicide was reported on the evening of Saturday (Nov. 28) in which the suspects freely entered the apartment-residence of Abay at Barangay Poblacion, Libmanan town; one of the suspects Floresca Jr. was allegedly an acquaintance of  the victim.

The victim sustained multiple stab-wounds on the body and his head smashed by a hard object leading to his instant death; while his house-boy was found dead at the second floor of the apartment with stab-wounds on the chest and a slash-wound on his neck. (SONNY SALES).
