TIGAON, Camarines Sur Nov 16,2010– Patrolling Army soldiers clash with NPA rebels in a remote village in Camsur, a military official said here today.
LtCol Ernesto Cruz, Commanding Officer of the 42nd Infantry Battalion which has jurisdiction over Camarines Sur said that a 9-man squad of his unit led by 2nd Lieutenant Mariel Bonilla clashed with more or less 10 bandits in San Ramon village, Pamplona town at around 2:30pm yesterday.
