Mary and Elizabeth celebrate the life of two human beings while they are still in their respective wombs. They are celebrating fertility, conception, and pregnancy even before the birth of their sons. Life does not begin "sometime, somewhere", depending on the opinion of humans. It begins at the moment of God's grace and human obedience. We call that moment, conception.
