Indeed, ABOUT TIME we divided Cam Sur. But, of course, the devil will be in the details. Hence, the conference could very well thresh all these things out in time for the next session of Congress.

This was disclosed to mediamen by Emil S. Saavedra, the secretary general of the Sectoral Summit.

Director Gumba thus becomes the co-chairman of the summit plenary sessions. Lawyer Gualberto C. Manlagnit is the Summit chairman, Saavedra explained.

The Naga Imaging Center Cooperative (NICC) has announced the groundbreaking ceremony for the soon-to-be constructed NICC DOCTOR’S HOSPITAL along Roxas Avenue (Diversion Road) and Carnation Street, Triangulo, Naga City on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at 7:30 in the morning.  The hospital will feature latest diagnostic equipments, two presidential suites, five private suites, fifty-five private rooms, semi-private rooms, wards and doctors’ clinics, among others.
