Iriga City----The University of Northeastern Philippines (UNEP) will again be embarking in another worthy endeavor as it gears up for the holding of  an activity dubbed as TAGGED-LGU or Training on Good Governance, Gender and Enterprise Development for Local Government Units.  The three-day confab will be held at the Iriga Plaza Convention Center, Iriga City from January 26 until Jan 28, 2011.
