GMA Network re-launches Buhay Boksingero in all regional stations nationwide!

On September 25, leading broadcast station GMA Network re-launches BUHAY BOKSINGERO – the regional boxing reality program that have taken the viewers into a no-holds barred peek inside the lives of aspiring Filipino boxers – in its new time slot from 9:00 to 10:00 am.

Hosted by BUHAY BOKSINGERO tournament director and veteran sports correspondent Chino Trinidad, this program will reveal to the Filipino audience the boxer’s lives in and out of the ring, in front and behind the cameras. Joining him in this reality show are two-time world champion and BUHAY BOKSINGERO mentor Gerry Peñalosa, and conditioning coach Chappy Callanta, together with the first batch of boxing hopefuls.

With the aim of unearthing the next boxing champion of the Philippines, the series is shot entirely in the boxing hotbed of Cebu City – the home and training ground to some of the countries biggest names in boxing.

For its first episode this Sunday, BUHAY BOKSINGERO will establish how the show came to be and why it is considered a mirror or life, especially among youngsters in the grassroots level who want to have that break of a lifetime.

Pinoy boxing fanatics will once again be kept on the edge of their seats as the program shows nothing but real and unscripted drama, in-depth coverage, all-access pass to the rigorous training, back-breaking challenges, and the hopes, triumphs and defeats of the participating boxers.
