NAGA City Philippines (July 27, 2011 12:30 A.M.) - As of 9:00 P.M. last night, Tropical Storm Juaning (International name: Nock-ten) has started moving northwestward away from the coast of Camarines Norte. Its Inner rainbands across the Bicol Region has slightly dissipated.

Typhoon2000 Automated Weather Station in Naga City recorded 8:30 P.M. last night wind gust of 27.4 kph blowing from the West Southwest, with barometric pressure of 998.8 millibars and 45-hour Rainfall Accumulation of 243 mm.

NAGA CITY (July 27, 2011 8:00 A.M.) - Tropical Storm Juaning(International name: Nock-ten) has rapidly gained strength as it approaches the coast of Aurora.

NAGA CITY (July 27, 2011 8:00 A.M.) - Tropical Storm Juaning(International name: Nock-ten) has rapidly gained strength as it approaches the coast of Aurora.

Juaning has now a sustained center wind of 100 kilometers per hour (kph) with gusts up to 130 kph. With a diameter of 555 kilometers, Juaning's rainbands cover the whole of Luzon including Northern Bicol.

The storm now moves West Nothwest at 13 kph towards the general direction of Aurora-Northern Luzon.
