MANILA, Philippines (July 24 2011) – Visiting NBA stars led by Kobe Bryant playing under the banner of SMART All-star team drubbed the PBA stars, 131-105, in the first game of the Ultimate All-star weekend at the jam-packed Araneta Coliseum last night.
Nobody really gave much of a chance for the locals to beat the NBA stars who are among the best players in the world but the crowd waited with bated breath just every move the NBA stars made.
For the PBA stars, it was an experience that borders on the surreal.
