GMA Network emerged as the runaway winner in the recently concluded 3rd Kagitingan Awards for Television in a ceremony held at the Lou-is Grand Ballroom in Balanga, Bataan last April 17.

GMA News and Public Affairs’ newest drama anthology Karelasyon started strong as it led the ratings for two straight weeks since its debut last April 11 according to data from the industry's widely-trusted ratings service provider, Nielsen TV Audience Measurement.

GMA Kapuso Foundation, Inc., headed by GMAKF EVP and COO Mel C. Tiangco, recently received a donation from the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Orange County (FACCOC) in California, represented by their President Elena Lapid-Salonga, in support of the Foundation’s Yolanda rehabilitation efforts.
