Camella Naga commences Bridge construction

Naga City –“Fulfillment of a promise”, this was Camella Naga General Manager Natanette Pardito stated in her opening remark during the groundbreaking of the much awaited proposed Camella Bridge last May 19. It was in December of last year when its soft launching was effected simultaneous with the blessing of the Camella Heights Site Sales Office. “The actual start of the construction has been moved earlier than scheduled following the visit of our President and CEO, Senator Manny Villar last month. He was pleased with how the development of our two communities (Camella Main and Camella Heigths) are going on so far, yet still he accounts the need to make it even swift. He finds it essential to start now than later so as not to miss its target opening this September in time for the annual Penafrancia Fiesta.”, Pardito added.

The Camella bridge which will approximately cost P35M – P40M has been a part of Camella Naga’s master plan since its real estate development operations started here in Naga City four years ago. And finally, this plan will soon come to materialize – the bridge will cross over the Yabo River which runs from Mt. Isarog down to the Bicol River and will ultimately adjoin the two Camella communities, the Camella Main and the Camella Heights.

Bridges are structures that provide convenient passages vital to all forms of land transportations in the course of our commerce and leisure or simply for crossing over to a destination as Camella Bridge would be to its residents in the very near future. Soon after the bridge is done, Camella Communities shall then have two main entrance- exit gates: the East Gate of Camella Main (along the Del Rosario Provincial Hi-way Road) and the South Gate of Camella Heights (along the Del Rosario-Cararayan Road). Consequently, this bridge will give the homeowners and soon-to-be-owners the benefit in going to and from either Magsaysay Avenue down to Centro Naga (CBD I) and Del Rosario Hi-way down to Panganiban Avenue/SM City (CBD II).

Accordingly, Pardito inspired her sales force that this bridge would be, or rather should be an additional selling point for them - a one big plus factor for all the lot or house and lot buyers-to-be in Camella Communities as it would be to all those who now lives there. “After this (the Bridge), our Clubhouse and swimming pool will follow next”. she added.

Upon completion, the bridge will be a mark of yet another milestone in the company’s constant determination in delivering its commitment – life of comfort and convenience - to everyone in this part of the country. The historical event was carried out by Natanette Pardito herself in the company of her Marketing Officers and Staff Michael Lapiguera, Ma. Bernadette Hermida, Noel Kenneth Catolico and Jovelyn Lontayao, joined in by associate brokers, agents and guests.
