President Aquino pushes for legally binding code of conduct for South China Sea

NAY PYI TAW, Myanmar, Nov 14 -- President Benigno S. Aquino III has called on fellow Asean leaders to continue negotiations with China on the forging of a legally binding code of conduct in the South China Sea, amid tensions over territorial claims in the region.

LEGAZPI CITY, Nov. 12 (PIA) -- The municipal government of Pandan, Catanduanes will compete in the national level for the first ever Gawad Listahanan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) after it was adjudged the best LGU to comply with the data sharing agreement.

Though she is very much familiar with the Korean culture and is often regarded by her Korean students as their favorite teacher, Grace has never been to Korea.
