At age of 3 he was left at an orphanage. He ran away when he was five because he claims he was being beaten by the people there.

In the following years, he lived in the streets selling gums and energy drinks. He tells of having to sleep in stairs and public toilets like dayfly.

High school was the first school he attended after taking a general education test to get his elementary and middle school.

NAGA CITY (July 6, 2011) – Today at least 1,580 beneficiaries of Pantawid Pasada Program (3P’s) of the Aquino administration received gasoline subsidy of the government through smart cards distributed by the Department of Energy (DOE).

NAGA CITY (July 6, 2011) – Today at least 1,580 beneficiaries of Pantawid Pasada Program (3P’s) of the Aquino administration received gasoline subsidy of the government through smart cards distributed by the Department of Energy (DOE).

DOE Undersecretary Zenaida Monzada who led the awarding of cards to jeepney drivers and operators confirmed the program is a onetime subsidy of the government amounting to P1, 050 per vehicle regardless who owns the it and how many unit a particular operator possesses.

There are many causes of diabetes that people are not even aware of. The fact is that this disease is not friendly in any way as it causes more harm than good. Therefore, it must be avoided as much as possible. The only way by which the disease can be avoided is to identify its causes and guide against those causes. Avoiding its causes will go a long way in controlling the disease.

Causes of diabetes include excess consumption of sugar and high quantity of refined carbohydrates. Other causes of diabetes can be due to voracious eating, overweight and obesity. This ailment develops in all age categories but it is more frequent among older and middle aged people. As a result of people's eating habits nowadays, there are many cases of this deadly disease compared to what was obtainable some years back.

Barrameda says the the higher cost of power that the cooperative has started buying from its fallback source, the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), shall now be passed on to the consumers and will start showing in June electric bills.
