MANILA, Dec. 31 2010  - Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse M. Robredo on Friday directed all personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in local government units affected by flooding, particularly in several towns in Albay and Sorsogon provinces, to assist in evacuation and rescue operations.
