JBC ex-oficio member Iloilo Rep. Niel Tupas Jr., chairman of the House Justice Committee, said that aside from Morales, former Justice Secretary Artemio Tuquero Jr., Justice Undersecretary Leah Armamento and Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) associate commissioner Gerard Mosquera are also listed.

Heidi Mendoza, newly appointed commissioner said the Commission on Audit (COA) is putting into place mechanisms to examine the pork barrel allocations of members of Congress to bring transparency to a process that has been mired in corruption almost from its inception.
