Lt. Col. Pedro Sumayo, former commander of the controversial Military Intelligence Group-21 (MIG-21), said that he was able to listen to the raw copy of the wiretapped recordings of Garcillano's conversation with then President Arroyo after the 2004 presidential elections.

Niel Tupas Jr., chairman of the House Justice Committee, said that aside from Morales, former Justice Secretary Artemio Tuquero Jr., Justice Undersecretary Leah Armamento and Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) associate commissioner Gerard Mosquera are also listed.
