Governor LRay Villafuerte and wife, Lara congratulates major title winners in the Miss Kaogma  Pageant 2009, a major highlight of the celebration of the 430^th Foundation Day of Camarines Sur.  Twenty-one year old Suzain P. Aguilar of Bula won the coveted title, Miss Kaogma 2009. Other major winners were First runner-up - Thea Dominique V. Llana; Miss Tourism- Ma. Farah B. Lopez;   Miss Camarines Sur - Katherine Dominique C. Lagrimas; Second Runner Up and adjudged Miss Photogenic - Rosette Marie A. Clemente.
