UNEP gears up for school year 2010

The University of Northeastern Philippines (UNEP), having produced numerous passers in the past, is all geared up for the opening of classes this 2010.

The management is also proud to announce that all their courses are being manned by competitive instructors who have undergone academic trainings in accordance to the academic blueprint that the management has prepared.

For those who wish to take Undergraduate degree programs, the university offers Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Civil, Geodetic, Mechanical, Marine and Electronics and Communication Engineering.  They also offer Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation, Criminology, Customs Administration, Commerce and Accountancy.

UNEP's Nursing and Midwifery courses are also the top choices among new comers, having earned a good reputation when it comes to producing passers.   The university's students, who eventually passed the licensure exams, are now employed in various health institutions here and abroad.

Early this year, the university passed its good wishes to its newly declared nurses after the Professional Regulation Commission released the list of new passers in the Nursing Board Exams.

UNEP's Education Department is also proud of the accomplishments of their students.  It has already produced educators who have passed the licensure examination for teachers and successfully allocated themselves a good employment after graduation.

UNEP also offers undergraduate non-degree programs specifically for those who want to develop their technical and computer efficiency.  The university offers a 2 year graduate course in Computer Secretarial and Computer Hardware Servicing and 1-year PC Operation. Other two-year course being offered in the university: Midwifery, Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, HRM (ladderized programs, Housekeeping-Commercial cooking, Bartending-Front Office Service and Tour-Guiding services.

UNEP's Doctoral and Masteral program offering also includes:  Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Major in Human Resource Development, Doctor of Public Management (DPM), Doctor of Business Management (DBM) and Doctor of Education (Ed.D), Major in Educational Management.

Lined up in their masteral programs are Master of Arts (MA), Major in Administration and Supervision, Master of Arts in Education (MAed), Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Master in Public Administration (MPA).

On top of the best courses lined up for this semester, the university is also giving ten percent discount to early enrolees. For those with financial difficulties, UNEP accepts a minimum charge of one thousand pesos as enrolment fee.
