III. Other Important Reminders

1.    Only members of the Lectors Guild may be allowed to read the readings during the nuptial mass.  The couple, however, may assign the preferred readers provided they are properly prepared for such task.

2.    Every one must be cautious enough to wear decent/modest dresses while the celebration is being held.  Therefore, everyone must refrain from wearing dresses which may catch undue attention of the assembly (i.e., spaghetti strap, sleeveless, bareback, miniskirt, plunging neckline, and the likes).
3.    Wedding planners, photographers and cameramen should be subject to the policy of the parish.
4.    Additional amount will be charged from the couple for the mailing expenses of the request form for the publication of banns and the follow-up calls to ascertain whether it has reached the requested parish.
5.    As a matter of policy, weddings are not allowed on Sundays; subject, however, to the particular provision of the parish.
6.    Couples who wish that the church and the altar be decorated for their wedding should make a prior assignment with the parish.
7.    Wedding rehearsals can be done as long as these will not disturb or obstruct the scheduled celebrations and activities in the parish church.  Therefore, they may ask permission and coordinate with the parish secretary regarding the scheduled date and duration of their rehearsals.
8.    Couples must come on time on their scheduled wedding date.
