The upcoming episode of Reporter’s Notebook on December 31 rounds up the biggest issues, controversies, and tragedies the GMA News and Public Affairs show probed this year.
The Kentex fire, M/V Kim Nirvana disaster, and the Nepal earthquake were just some of the tragedies that tested the faith of Filipinos this 2015. The deplorable aftermath of some of these tragedies were personally witnessed by hosts Jiggy Manicad and Maki Pulido.
Reporter’s Notebook also focused on the violence and conflict that shook the southern part of the Philippines, such as the death of the 44 PNP-Special Action Force (SAF 44) members in Mamasapano, Maguindanao and the alleged killing of lumads in Mindanao.
