GMA International hosted the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) in its recent visit to the Philippines this January. GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon welcomed the representatives along with Filipino-Canadian Senator Tobias Enverga, Jr. and his wife, Rosemer Enverga during a courtesy call at GMA Network Center last January 16.

PCCF is one of the biggest charitable organizations in Toronto which aims to “help the poor and the needy families in the Philippines, as well as the calamity victims” by organizing fundraising events such as shows, festivals, and pageants that showcase the Filipino lifestyle.

The PCCF representatives – Rosemer Enverga, Ditas Boctor, Cheryl Pantaleon, and Chris Jones, as well as Ms. Philippines-Canada Caitlin Pantaleon, Mrs. Philippines-Canada Chona Stinson, and Little Ms. Philippines-Canada Anjali Pathmanathan – were treated to a live viewing of The Ryzza Mae Show, which airs worldwide on the Network’s flagship international channel, GMA Pinoy TV, last January 17. Ms. Philippines-Canada Caitlin Pantaleon was also featured as a guest on the episode.

To cap off their visit, PCCF turned over a check donation to the GMA Kapuso Foundation. The donation came from proceeds of the Pinoy Fiesta and Trade Show in Toronto which GMA Pinoy TV sponsors each year. GMA Kapuso Foundation has been the beneficiary of PCCF’s various charitable projects for 3 consecutive years. Moreover, they also donated seven dialysis machines to Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko.
