Naga City – “Once upon a time…” as most fairy tales begin with… “there was this unoccupied tract of land untouched by modern motion and technology, unmoved by human activity. But as Camella’s wand was twirled and its spell cast upon the land on the night of June 16, four brand new elegant houses appeared “magically” amidst this vast space.” It was the launching of four Lessandra Model Houses showcased at Camella Heights in Bgy. Cararayan. A night of wonderment, a “magical” moment imparting a twinkle of hope to those who desire and wish for a house they can call their own - a notion that to dream for a house can not be far from impossible, as indeed, it can come true.
It was a fantasy mode in wonderland setting at the right wing area after the entrance gate of Camella Heights (East Gate) that night. And the air, filled with slim smoke fogs, a multitude of swinging little bubbles drifting along with the wind enriched the bailiwick and with the chanting of the song “A whole new world” and an enthralling festive dance by a handsome king and his lovely queen and their prince and princess - each new model houses was set aglow, briefly characterized and splendidly unveiled.
Affable, peace loving woodland creatures Camella Staff personnel Ken Catolico and Ruel Fernandez with all their powers marvellously implored and revealed the four brand new units. Then one after the other, beautiful fairies of the four elements of nature Earth, Wind, Water and Fire in the persons of Rachel Janaban, Honey dela Torre, Kayser Batungbakal and Jovelyn Lontayao bewitchingly appeared from each unit that stood out with magnificent spectrum.
The four model houses, attributed to the four elements of nature are: The Rina - like Earth that manifests stability, permanence and rigidity, Camella houses are stable, solid & firm., and the Marga - like Wind, is mobility and flexibility as Camella offers low cost to middle class houses. Both are single detach 2 storey, 2 bedroom houses with living, dining, kitchen and a toilet and bath.
On the other side, just separated by a sleek landscaped open park with a fountain in its heart are the other two model houses, The Bianca – which defines Water for balance, prosperity and harmony as Camella caters to the needs of its homeowners, and last but not the least, the Andrea - which establishes Fire for power, passion and emotion as Camella outshines any other existing developer in the country. Both are single detached bungalow type house with living, dining, kitchen, 1 toilet and bath and provisions for 2 bedrooms.
The fantastic Camella episode disclosed the 4 Lessandra Series Model Houses, each completely furnished with made up superior home furnitures and fixtures from sala sets, tv sets, audio sets, dining sets to kitchen wares and utensils to bedrooms and toilet & baths. It opened its doors for buyers to view and for them to choose from among the four that which his/her family need may conform with.
Enchanting fairy godmother, Natanette Pardito, Camella Naga General Manager in her closing message echoed to the entire Kingdoms present and beyond, “Our move to re-launch the Lessandra series in this manner is to set off hope for everyone who dreams of having an affordable, quality brand new house. That we in Camella, are apprised of the need – of giving the homeless margin of our society the chance to attain their dreams”. Furthermore, “Lessandra is Camella’s practical solution to the housing needs of the larger base market of our community bestowing in them our corporate excellence of more locations for less hassel; more quality for less worries; more value for less costly; more action for less talk; and more love for less stress”. And finally, with great power and confidence, she remarked, “…and that whoever shall live in them may live happily ever after”. >
Thus the legacy of Camella Communities continues..
