Camella Communities Naga will soon have its Main Sales Office along the Maharlika Hi-way in Bgy. Del Rosario after the ground breaking ceremony took place March 3. From where it is now at the 2nd floor of Avenue Plaza for the past 4 years, it will be transferred to the said site and will be built on a 520 sqm lot right before the entrance of Camella Main. A 2-storey edifice of a 360 sqm floor area will house the sales office and four other commercial units along side the ground floor. (See photo below)
It was deemed by Natanette Pardito, Camella Naga Branch Manager to have and hold the sales office right on the site practically in conjunction with the company’s need to have it’s very own office, and at the same time extend to client-buyers accessibility and conveniency in the fashion of buying a lot or choosing a dream house. “Now that we have broaden our project with another 16 hectares – that of Camella Heights, and therefore has more inventories to offer aside from our newly opened Lessandra project within the Camella Main, we feel this desire to service our buyer-future owners on the site itself. There, our sales officers will be readily available to assist them. And they can see our project landscape, our model houses and at the same time discuss with them the comprehensive details of their property requirements - and eventually, view for themselves the actual lot or house and lot they have considered”, Pardito remarked.
On the other hand, Engr. Jhumell Andrew Fabay, Camella Technical Service Engineer, said that the company’s top priorities aside from the site Sales Office are the Clubhouse, then the bridge to connect Camella Main with Camella Heights, and finally the swimming pool. “Camella Communities Naga now constitutes the Camella Main and Camella Heights, and combined has a total land area of 31 hectares. Our company is committed to continue to expand in this part of the country and build quality homes ”, Fabay added.
