Caceres Youth light candles for HOPE (honest, organized and peaceful election) after the Jericho March held for the upcoming May election at the Central Vicariate of the Archdiocese last April 27. A solemn Eucharistic celebration and a talk on what a Catholic vote is were held at the Parish and Shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia in Naga City prior to the prayer rally. The Caceres Youth Ministry is currently under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Rex Luis Hidalgo. (Natalie Hazel Quimlat)
