When it comes to extra-sweet, yellow mangoes, nothing beats the island-province of Guimaras! Join host and comedian John Feir, together with travel buddy Steven Silva, as they set out to find the best of the best in the country’s so-called Mango Capital this Sunday in Let’s Fiesta.
John and Steven discover what makes Guimaras mangoes the sweetest in the world! The duo also learns how to produce mango-by-products such as mango ketchup, mango pastries, mango pickles, and more.
But there are many other attractions that this young island-province has to offer. Accessible via a 15-minute boat ride from Iloilo City, Guimaras is also an ideal vacation destination with its boutique resorts and mysterious coves that offer serenity and exclusivity.
In this Sunday’s episode, John and Steven tour Kapuso viewers to some of Guimaras’ best beach resorts. They also go on an island hopping to explore its beautiful sandbars, white sand islets, and breathtaking marine sanctuaries.
