Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz has appealed to incoming President Benigno Aquino III to abolish the state-run Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor).
Since gambling is synonymous with corruption, Archbishop Cruz said, the company is also identified with corruption.
