What better houses are there than new ones. All of us in our lifetime desire some things somehow, and all things in this world has its own beginnings – as brand new. One way or another, we have acquired some possessions of tangible things from its original form - as the firsthand owner. Simultaneous to that January 7 event was the Blessing of Camella Heights Sales Site Office and the commited the Bridge construction that will finally link Camella Heights with the first ever Vista Land community project in Naga 4 years ago, the Camella Naga.

“The soon-to-be bridge has been Vista Land’s plan for quite sometime to adjoin the two communities to provide its residents a convenient access to and from the main entrance of Camella Naga along Del Rosario, Maharlika Hiway and the main entrance of Camella Heights, Bgy. Both pair unit models are available in cash or deferred 24 months payment with zero (0%) interest or thru in-house financing for 5, 10 or 15 year terms. Down payment is 15% of the Total Selling Price (TCP) inclusive of Reservation Fee, P7,500.00 for The Bianca and Andrea Models and P10,000.00 for the Rina and Marga Models, payables in 14 equal monthly installments, also 0% interest.
